About the Author

Dr. Supriya Biswas obtained his Ph.D. in Management and MBA from Calcutta University having over three decades of association with one of India’s IT majors- CMC Ltd (merged with Tata Consultancy Services), he served in diverse areas of software project domestic and overseas space, Kolkata as a Faculty of IT and Marketing. He also served as a Guest Faculty of IISWB and Techno India University of Kolkata.
