About the Author

Prof. Krishna Roy has more than 35 years of professional experience which includes 6 years in Systems Analysis and Software Development and 3 decades in teaching Computer Science, Management Science, Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication and Soft skills. She completed her MBA from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management in 1988. She started her career with the multinational, GEC of (I) Ltd and later shifted to academics. Her research area includes digital marketing, marketing analytics and marketing research. She is a senior member of the Operational Research Society of India and the current Vice President of its Durgapur Chapter. She has been teaching MBA students at the Faculty of Management Studies, Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, West Bengal, India since 2005.
 
Prof. Arunava Mookherjee earned her PhD in CRM and Customer Analytics and is dedicated to teaching MBA students for the last 2 decades at the Faculty of Management Studies, Dr. B.C Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. Prior to joining academics she had a brief stint with CRM research and analytics in the Banking and Finance sector. 
An alumnus of the Centre for Management Studies, the University of Burdwan and the Department of Physics, BHU she specializes in Customer Data Analytics and CRM modelling. She has a keen interest in Digital and Social Media analytics and its applications in Strategic Integrated Marketing Communications.

Prof. Niloy Kumar Bhattacherjee teaches MBA students in the marketing area at the Faculty of Management Studies, Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. Before joining academics, he worked in the marketing research industry for half a decade. An alumnus of IIFM, Bhopal (PGP) and BHU, Varanasi (Economics), Prof. Bhattacherjee specializes in marketing research and stochastic modelling and data science applications in marketing management. He has keen research interest in stochastic modelling, machine learning, data science and analytics for marketing research and allied areas.
