About the Author

Dr. Shampa Chakraborty is PhD in Management with 21 years of industry experience as a personnel management at National Jute Manufacturers Corporation Ltd., Corporate Office in Kolkata. A Gold Medallist from the University of Calcutta in her graduation and an alumnus of Lady Brabourne College, she professors over 17 years of academic experience and is currently a professor at NSHM Business School teaching various course in HR Management. She had earlier taught at the ICFAI Business School, Kolkata. She authored a textbook on management and she had research publications in many reputed journals.

Dr. Supriya Biswas is PhD in Business Management, MBA from IISWBM, Kolkata, and Accredited Management Teacher from All India Management Association. After his superannuation from CMC Ltd (merged with Tata Consultancy Services) as Deputy General Manager (IT Projects), Dr Biswas has been serving as a faculty member of NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata for its UG and PG Courses. In his 34 years of experience in CMC Ltd he had served as a faculty in the Education & Training department, IT project manager in CMC’s prestigious domestic and overseas projects. Dr Biswas had published papers in reputed national and international journals
