About the Author
Dr. Kaushik Kundu has over 27 years’ experience in industry, research and teaching. He teaches courses on Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Organization Behaviour and Behavioural Economics. He is a reviewer for journals and books published by eminent publishers.
He obtained his PhD in business management from University of Calcutta. Dr. Kundu has guided multiple Ph.D. scholars. He has more than fifty research publications in peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and two complete published books including the first edition of this book. He is also affiliated to a number of government and quasi-government committees and organizations.
