About the Author

Professor Anis Chattopadhyay obtained his .Phil and MBA (IISWBM) from Calcutta University. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Hospital Management, Techno Main,  Salt Lake, Kolkata and has been teaching core marketing and healthcare marketing. He is pursuing Ph.D. and he has many publications to his credit. Professor Chatterjee has also acted as the syllabus coordinator, examiner and paper
