About the Author
Dr. Supriya Biswas obtained his Ph.D. in Management and MBA from Calcutta University having over four decades of work experience in organizations, and institutions of repute. He served CMC Ltd (merged with Tata Consultancy Services) as a Deputy General Manager (IT Projects) in diverse business domains in India and overseas. During the mid-70s, he was associated with the World Health Organization (Smallpox Eradication Program). In his pursuit of academic engagement, he served as a Professor at NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata for a decade. He also served as a Guest Faculty of IISWBM, Jadavpur University, and Techno India University. Currently, he is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Relationships Marketing published by Taylor & Francis Group of
