About the Author
Dr. Supriya Biswas obtained his Ph.D. in Management, from Calcutta University and MBA (IISWBM). He had the beginning of his professional career in the World Health Organization (Small Pox Eradication Program) as a team member. Thereafter, for over three decades, he was associated with one of India’s IT majors - CMC Ltd (merged with Tata Consultancy Services) as Deputy General Manager for domestic and overseas software projects. Currently he is the Faculty of NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata.
